A sprawling epic about family, greed, corruption, and the pursuit of the American dream. Finding Nemo

A tale which follows the comedic and eventful journeys of two fish, the fretful Marlin and his young son Nemo, who are separated from each other in the Great Barrier Reef when Nemo is unexpectedly taken from his home and thrust into a fish tank in a dentist’s office overlooking Sydney Harbor. Buoyed by the companionship of a friendly but forgetful fish named Dory, the overly cautious Marlin embarks on a dangerous trek and finds himself the unlikely hero of an epic journey to rescue his son. Meanwhile, the young Nemo hatches a few daring plans of his own to return home safely.

Had the biggest opening weekend for any animated film upon its US release (30 May 2003).

The look and feel of the underwater world was essential to the film’s success. To that end, the production crew were all exposed to visits to aquariums, diving stints in Monterey and Hawaii, study sessions in front of Pixar’s own 25 gallon fish tank and even a series of in-house lectures from an ichthyologist.

One of Gill’s scars on his face is in the same place as Tony Montana’s from Scarface (1983) on his face along with his other indentations

Claimed the all-time first day USA record for home-release sales with 8 million copies sold (80% of which were on DVD).

As of January 2005, it is the bestselling DVD of all time in the world with 22 million copies sold.

The movie is alittle bit boring, the action starts in the last 25 min of the whole film, there is alot of historic mistakes in the film too, but the Visual effects are amazing one of the best in 2008 till now..

Wright, who also directed Knightley in his first film, “Pride and Prejudice,” shows a mastery of nuance and epic, sometimes in adjacent scenes. In the McEwan novel, he has a story that can hardly fail him and an ending that blindsides us with its implications. This is one of the year’s best films, a certain best picture nominee

الفيلم من أقوى أفلام العام و كان مرشحا لجائزة أوسكار أفضل فيلم

يفتتح الفيلم بمشهد من الريف الأنكليزي ملئ بالحب و الجمال و المتعة و تأخذ الأحداث منحى تدريجي هبوطا الى تراجيديا و دراما مؤثرة عن الحرب و الفقدان و القدر

تتوالى الأحداث بسرعة في بداية الفيلم ليبرهن لنا الكاتب أن رؤية المشهد نفسه من زاوية أخرى و بعيون أخرى تغيير كل المعطيات و يطرح فكرة أن ما تراه من أعلى هو ليس بالضرورة الواقع و أن العيون تخدع أحيانا

فهاهي أبنة العاشرة من العمر و بعد تعرضها لسلسة من المشاهد الخادعة و بعد كذبة تكذبها تغيير بذلك حياة ثلاثة أشخاص للأبد و منهم حياتها هي

الفيلم أكثر من رائع و يتميز بجمال الصورة و الألوان

الفيلم ينتهي بأسئلة عديدة حول الحقيقة و كيف أن تقاطع الأقدار و أحداث صغيرة ممكن أن تغير من حياة الانسان

الفلم الالماني الاشهر بالعقود الاخيرة …و يلي اعتبره احد النقاد الالمان افضل افلام العنف و الاثارة الالمانية على الاطلاق, بيتميز بشيء بسيط جدا…..هو انو كل شي في مبدع و غريب …..من طريقة سرد الاحداث ,لاسلوب الاخراج ,لاسلوب دمج الافكار فيه بكل الطرق

الفلم بتدأ احداثه باتصال هاتفي من ماني وهو عضو بعصابة تهريب الماس للشخص الوحيد يلي بيهتم فيه ,ويلي بيوثق و بيعتمد عليه..وهي البنت يلي على علاقة حب معها .. لولا

ماني بيخبر لولا بالاتصال انو بالغلط ضيع مبلغ من تهريبة الالماس هو 100 الف مارك الماني المفروض تسليمهم لرئيس العصابة .وهالمبلغ لازم يتسلم خلال عشرين دقيقة والا ماني رح ينقتل بدم بارد من قبل العصابة يلي من الممكن تقتل اي شخص بيسرق منها قنينة بيرة

طبعا بتحاول لولا توصيل فكرة استحالة جمع هالمبلغ خلال هالفترة القصيرة بس ماني بيذكر لولا بعبارة انو الحب من الممكن يصنع اي شيء

…….رح نشوف هون ب 3 مشاهد كل واحد فيهن 20 دقيقة حقيقة كيف لولا رح تجري بأسرع ما عندها حتى تجمع المبلغ …..و كيف بكل مرة تأخيرها لثواني او اجزاء من الثانية من الممكن انو تنقلب الاحداث بشكل دراماتيكي اكيد المشاهد رح يتفاجئ فيه بشكل مدهش

الفلم رح يغلب فيه طابع حماسي كبير ..بالذات انو لولا رح تركض بالفلم باسرع ما عندها باسلوب غاية بالاندفاع والحماس والرشاقة ..بيتصاحبو مع موسيقى تصويرية بتخلي المشاهد من الحماسة كأنو عميتفرج على مباراة او منافسة رياضية ضمن قصة حب بتعكس الاخلاص الكبير و الاهتمام يلي بتكنه لولا لحبيبها

الفلم ببساطة فينا نقول عنه مدهش ..بل انو اعتبره البعض تحفة سينمائية جديدة

الفيلم رائع و هوأكثر من مجرد مريض يستيقظ في عملية بل هو قصة مشوقة محبوكة الأحداث
أستطاع المخرج رغم أنها تجربته الأولى في الأخراج أن يصور لنا العملية من وجهة نظر المريض وينقلنا الى عالم تتحدث فيه الروح بغياب الجسد
